Seasonal Staff

Every February we recruit a significant number of additional Staff who will benefit from an exceptional experience as part of their own career development. There are opportunities in the Teaching Teams, Catering Teams and Housekeeping Teams which are all of equal status and value to the successful function of each venue.

In all cases we look for certain core skills;

  • A reliable member of a team able to work co-operatively and with flexibility
  • Someone who understands that each child who visits us is an individual who should be treated with respect
  • Someone who is able to communicate courteously with adults
  • Someone who enjoys life and being outdoors in their free time

Allnatt Training

Training in all aspects of Centre Life is given during an intensive induction training programme and further on-job training. The Company is fully committed to continuous personal development and will be supportive in future career moves.

Rates of pay are generally considered to be favourable for the industry.

Ideally all staff employed should be available for the Induction Training Programme in February and available to start the main season's work immediately afterwards but some flexibility is possible in this.
