Using a diverse range of outdoor activities to

CHALLENGE, STRETCH and ACHIEVE

This programme is for existing and new teams and aims to challenge them into real teamwork. Emphasis is placed on communication, support and playing to individual strengths. The outline programme is tailored to the specific needs of the team by prior consultation, and incorporates skills which are transferable back to the school, workplace or home.

PROGRAMME MODULES

  • Orientation, Contract Setting and introduction to establish physical and emotional boundarie
  • A thrilling Night Navigation across the Downs that tests communication, trust and teamwork.
  • Bridge Building and Water Skills in our heated outdoor pool.
  • Team Building Tasks tailored to your group’s objectives.
  • An exceptional High and Low Ropes Course to build self confidence.
  • Hands on Bushcraft Skills and Challenges in the great outdoors.
  • An Expedition to Dancing Ledge on the Jurassic Coast for climbing, abseiling and bouldering or an Expedition along the Undercliff of the South Wight for body boarding, kayaking and windsurfing.
  • A Celebratory Review marking the teams’ achievements and highlights.
