The Core Teams

Directors

There are currently two Directors, the Managing Director and the Financial Director, both of whom have spent the major part of their careers with the Company.

Each venue has a Leadership Team consisting of the Centre Manager, Head of Maintenance, Head of Teaching, Head of Catering and Head of Housekeeping. Both teams are highly experienced and there are currently no vacancies. Each team is supplemented by a number of further permanent staff according to the local needs.

All staff are encouraged and supported in their personal continuous development. Each member has a career plan and annual goals to achieve. We provide comprehensive and on – going in house training and sponsor staff to attend appropriate external courses.

We enrol returning tutors as RPIOLS and encourage lead tutors to take up the APIOL and LPIOL qualifications. The Chatsworth is an accredited RPIOL Assessment Centre.
