Allnatt Venues have hosted Linguistic Activity Programmes since the founding years at St Mary's Bay in Kent. We now have a number of partner agents with whom we have grown and developed. As members of the World Youth and Student Travel Confederation for over 30 years, we will again be attending the Annual Trade Fair.

We are currently enjoying the growing market for School Groups from overseas who participate in our unique conversational language programmes based on outdoor activities and the environment.

Families

Are you part of a big family which crosses the generations? Do you love to get together but no one wants to do all the cooking? Then our venues are the perfect solution as we offer accommodation suitable for all ages and a selection of catering options together with lots of activities for the children (and adults if you wish!). We host birthdays, anniversaries and many other Family celebration events.

Or do you find family gatherings a bit of a trial because your extended family just don't really understand the problems of living with children with autism and related behaviours? Then East Dene is the very place for you to become a Freedom Family. At East Dene you can be free to enjoy a holiday together in a safe environment with support and without judgement.

Adult & Youth Groups

We specialise in Group Travel and provide excellent opportunities particularly for Groups on a budget. Our venues have hosted music groups, groups walking and cycling the spectacular Jurassic coastline or round the Isle of Wight, choirs, and many other special interest groups. The minimum size is 15 but we have also been block booked for groups up to 200! We provide a comfortable and friendly base from which to carry out your own programme or we can provide a Fun Activity Weekend or a range of Specialist Programmes.

Our Swanage venue is ideal for climbing on the Dorset Coast and is close to one of the largest Ropes Courses in Europe. East Dene on the Isle of Wight is a relaxing and inspirational venue.

Faith Groups

Our Venues regularly host faith groups which visit us for a variety of purposes. For all of them we provide the hospitality services and support you need to "Getaway to Get Together". This may be for a Retreat where you run your own programme, a Fun Weekend Away, a block booking for a Festival or to attend one of our own Spiritual Awakenings Weekends.

We have a variety of venue sizes all with self contained accommodation and we are available all the year round.

Weddings

Our magnificent venue on the Isle of Wight is much sought after for weddings and civil partnerships. East Dene is a stunning Victorian Mansion which overlooks the sea presenting inspirational photo opportunities to remember the happiest day of your life.

We provide a wide range of menus and pride ourselves on the same level of professional service and friendly advice whatever the size of your wedding party. For numbers in excess of 70 we recommend a marquee on the hard standing next to the Conservatory, linked to the mansion by a covered walkway.

Stella, our experienced and wedding co-ordinator will listen to your ideas and advise you on the little details which will ensure that the day runs seamlessly.
